Dear Shihong and Howin,

Just a quick note to congratulate you both on your new home at 49 Mahatma Ghandi Drive and to thank you for the opportunity to be your agent.

Houses are very difficult to afford these days which is a challenge for many people, but I believe you got a very good bargain. How things have changed here in Nova Scotia! I remember how naïve we were back in 2014, worrying about our aging demographic and dwindling population. Given the realities of climate change, we should have foreseen that things would soon change. With so many countries now experiencing drought, pollution, and scarce water supply, it is easy to see how people such as yourselves would be inspired to make their home in Nova Scotia’s spacious cities, surrounded by unspoiled nature.

Nova Scotians are open and friendly, and grateful for the new job opportunities they’re seeing around them. Speaking personally, I think we are fortunate to welcome new immigrants such as yourselves, and I wish you and your family every success in your new home.

With kind regards,
Ian MacLean
